What Grades of Hair do you sell?
The Grade system is a fabricated way of categorizing hair quality. It was created by the Chinese Hair Manufacturers in the hair Industry’s infant years. Originally the grades started at 1A and gradually progressed to 2A, and 3A; then continued on present day where 8A -10A hair is thought to be the best quality hair available. In fact the hair is all the same and has been for all these years. Unfortunately, this was a tactic to manipulate people into thinking the hair is just as good quality as Raw Indian Hair. This same tactic was used in the arrival of Brazilian, Malaysian, Peruvian and Mongolian etc. to the market. These are all names given to hair processed to provide different textures. Hair labeled as such actually comes from all the comb waste of Indian hair and is sold to the Chinese for chemical processing at cheap prices. After chemically processing the hair, It is sold with different names to make the texture of the hair more believable. Normally, when a package is labeled “100% Human Hair” but it tangles, sheds easily and frankly doesn’t last long, this is where the hair is derived from. Since the Hair Extension Industry is not regulated, this practice is how Beauty Supply Stores and other online discount retailers can get away with selling the hair and calling it something it is not. What is the difference between Raw and Virgin Hair?
Lets start with the true definition of virgin hair because it’s very important:
· Virgin Hair: Human hair that has never been chemically or mechanically manipulated.
· Raw Hair: Raw hair, is by true definition, virgin hair. However, the hair industry has been flooded with all types of hair that the word “raw” needed to be incorporated to properly differentiate between real virgin hair, “raw”, and processed virgin hair.
Raw hair will come in 3 basic textures; Straight, Wavy, & Curly. Anything else is processed to a degree. Body Wave, Kinky Curly, Natural Curly, Loose and Deep Wave are all examples of processed virgin hair. Our Virgin hair (Premium & Royal Collections) is processed using steam; the best way to process hair without damaging the cuticle of the hair.
The main advantages to having Pure Raw Unprocessed Hair are as follows:

· Natural looking and flowing hair that blends with all hair types

Does the Hair Pattern change after being washed and conditioned?
Our Platinum Collection hair is 100% pure Raw and unprocessed meaning that no chemicals or steam has been used to manipulate the hair from it’s natural form. The Premium and Royal Collections are steamed processed for desired textures.
Please note that no two bundles are identical, especially with curly hair. So your hair will be similar to the photos but not identical.
Once the hair has been washed and/or conditioned, the hair’s natural textures will appear. Premium and Royal Collection Hair is steam processed and curl patterns may change slightly after washing and conditioning.
How long will the extensions last?
Please keep in mind that no 2 people care for their hair the same way. There are so many factors to consider; products used, climate, water, how often hair is washed, heating tools, and of course how you individually care for our hair. However, considering the best proper care is being done, we have seen our Platinum Collection hair last a minimum of 2-3 years and longer and our Premium & Royal Collection Hair last a minimum of 1 year and longer.
How much Hair will I need?
A common frequently asked question that we receive is how many bundles are required for an install with our hair? A common misconception that occurs is customers will generally use virgin hair equivalents, or base their quantity amounts from previous companies. Due to the quality of hair we source, and the procedures used when creating our wefts we ensure that you will always receive the fullest bundles possible. Please see below the recommended quantities for our products.
· If you are purchasing lengths between 12″ & 18″ you will need 2-3 bundles.
· If you are purchasing lengths between 20″ & 30″ you will need 3-4 bundles.
Always use your longest length to determine the correct amount of hair to purchase. Example: If you are purchasing a 16″/18″/20″ you will need 3-4 bundles.
These requirements apply to traditional sew-ins, closure and frontal sew-ins and/or units. Very Important: Do Not skip purchasing a bundle because you choose to purchase a closure or frontal.
Is it ok to color, bleach, or use heat tools on my extensions?
You can absolutely treat your new hair just as you would your own. Because all of our hair is not chemically processed or mechanically manipulated, one of the major benefits is you can color, cut, curl or straighten it any style you desire.
*Please note that our curly hair textures should not be brushed as it can get frizzy. It is best to use a wide tooth comb or your fingers to scrunch. All of our Platinum Collection and Premium Collection textures will straighten and revert back to their original wave/curl pattern again when wet. Royal Collection textures will also straighten, however, will not straighten to silky bone straight.

Do you allow refunds/returns?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/ returns. Please keep in mind that each bundle of hair is different from others. Although similar, because this hair is Raw and Virgin Human Hair, no item is exactly the same. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason. I have not received my order confirmation, did my order go through?
Order confirmation emails may be delayed as a result of high order volume. Please contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase.
Can I make changes to my order once it’s been placed?
All sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order.

When will my package be delivered?
Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days and 10-21 business days internationally. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers.
